About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategically driven legal professional to lead the
legal domain function for a fast-growing legal technology platform. The ideal
candidate will bring a strong blend of legal expertise, technology orientation,
leadership capability, and structured decision-making experience.
This role requires working directly with the Founder/CEO to transform strategic legal
ideas, workflows, and business objectives into structured legal content, frameworks,
and scalable solutions for the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder/CEO to conceptualize, structure, and
operationalize legal-tech initiatives.
Convert strategic legal concepts into platform-ready legal content, workflows,
templates, products, and knowledge systems.
Lead the legal domain function with a strong focus on quality, compliance,
scalability, and innovation.
Drive legal content development aligned with technology products and digital
legal solutions.
Provide leadership in legal research, policy interpretation, compliance
frameworks, and corporate legal strategy.
Build structured processes for legal operations and decision-making across
the platform ecosystem.
Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to bridge legal and
technical requirements effectively.
Review and standardize contracts, legal documents, compliance frameworks,
and advisory content.
Ensure legal accuracy, business practicality, and user-centric structuring of
platform offerings.
Mentor and guide internal legal teams while fostering a high-performance and
collaborative work culture.
Support strategic partnerships, enterprise legal solutions, and business
expansion initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Lawyer / Legal Consultant with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in a Legal Tech company, technology-driven legal platform,
or large corporate legal environment is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of legal operations, compliance, corporate laws,
contracts, and technology-enabled legal services.
Demonstrated experience in leadership roles with mature and controlled
decision-making capability.
Ability to think strategically while executing in a structured and process-
oriented manner.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align legal frameworks with
organizational growth objectives.
Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and directly
with leadership teams.
Exposure to legal automation, digital legal products, AI/legal-tech ecosystems,
or knowledge management systems will be an added advantage.
