Role objective
We are at a critical stage of growth where building organizational capability and leadership depth is key to sustaining business success. We are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to lead and scale our learning ecosystem, drive structured skilling initiatives, and build a strong leadership pipeline across the organization. This role will be responsible for transitioning L&D from an execution-driven function to a strategic capability-building engine aligned with business priorities
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the L&D strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify skill gaps and build role-based learning frameworks
- Design and scale leadership development programs
- Oversee content development (online/offline) and training delivery
- Drive learning pathways, IDPs, and career development initiatives
- Measure learning impact through analytics and ROI metrics
- Build and scale initiatives like mentorship, micro-learning, and communities
Success metrics
- Improvement in role-based capability scores
- Leadership pipeline readiness and internal promotions
- Training effectiveness and ROI metrics
- Employee engagement and retention linked to development
- Adoption of learning programs across the organization
Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred
Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
- Experience in scaling L&D in a product/technology-driven organization preferred
- Proven track record of building L&D strategy and leadership programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

- Expertise in competency frameworks, leadership development, and learning design
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact
