Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Investor Relations, based in Mumbai. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, while ensuring transparent communication. Responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, managing earnings calls, coordinating annual reports, and analyzing shareholder data. This individual will also lead financial communication strategies, monitor industry trends, and provide recommendations to senior management for capital market activities. Supporting the company in compliance with regulatory requirements and effectively addressing investor queries are also key duties.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in investor communications, financial reporting, and managing investor relationships
- Proficiency in preparing investor presentations, analyzing shareholder data, and supporting earnings calls
- Exceptional understanding of capital markets, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital markets, or corporate communications
