Role Description The Head of Investor Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for leading all investor-facing communication and relationship management for BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE. This role oversees the development and delivery of investor presentations, quarterly and annual updates, and strategic messaging that reflect the firm’s performance, vision, and growth plans. The Head of Investor Relations manages relationships with current and potential investors, responds to information requests, and coordinates meetings, briefings, and events. Daily activities include analyzing financial and operational data, preparing investor materials, collaborating with senior leadership on investment strategies, and ensuring consistent, transparent communication with the investment community. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to investors and providing insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations and Investor Presentations skills to lead communication with current and prospective investors.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge to interpret firm performance and support funding and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, market trends, and investor feedback and turn them into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in a senior investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking role, preferably within professional services or legal/consulting environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse investor audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, including experience engaging with senior leadership and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are an advantage.
