Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Business Development to lead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand MantraCare’s presence globally. The candidate will be responsible for managing the global business development team and driving high-value B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global business development team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies across domestic and international markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, insurers, hospitals, and wellness partners.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Drive expansion into new markets and business verticals.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for growth initiatives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Train, mentor, and develop the business development team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in business development / B2B sales with team handling experience.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or corporate sales preferred.
- Ability to manage global teams and international clients.
Working Schedule
- Work From Office (WFO) role based in Paschim Vihar West, Delhi.
- 6 days working from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
- Every Saturday Work From Home (WFH).
