🚀 Hiring: International Business Lead | Premium Consumer Brand | Pune
We are hiring for a high-impact leadership role with a fast-growing premium consumer brand.
This is a business-building mandate, not a traditional export role.
🌍 About the Role
You will lead and scale the company’s international business across multiple countries, with complete ownership of revenue, market expansion, and brand building globally.
The focus is to bring structure to existing markets, strengthen distributor performance, and scale 1–2 high-potential markets (e.g., UAE, UK, Australia) into strong, sustainable revenue engines.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the international P&L and drive revenue across global markets
- Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships across regions
- Build visibility on secondary sales and market performance
- Identify and scale high-potential international markets with a focused strategy
- Establish a premium brand presence across retail and e-commerce channels
- Drive pricing, commercial strategy, and margin structures across markets
- Ensure alignment across supply chain, compliance, and market requirements
- Represent the brand in global platforms and trade forums
🔑 What We’re Looking For
- 10–15 years of experience in international sales / global business roles
- Proven experience with ownership of international revenue or P&L
- Strong exposure to distributor management and overseas markets
- Experience in premium or super-premium consumer brands (preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build and scale markets
- Prior experience of working/living in an international market is a plus
