Team Lead – Architecture & Interior Planning
Diggvijay Architects is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Architecture & Interior Planning to lead our planning department and manage a team of architects working on premium residential, luxury villas, farmhouses, and high-end interior projects.
This is a leadership role for someone who can take complete ownership of architectural and interior planning while ensuring design quality, timely delivery, and seamless coordination between clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Architecture & Interior Planning team.
- Mentor, train, and review the work of junior architects.
- Prepare and review architectural and interior planning layouts.
- Develop concept plans, schematic layouts, furniture layouts, and detailed planning drawings.
- Conduct design reviews and maintain high-quality planning standards.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, and manage revisions.
- Collaborate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Site Execution, and 3D Visualization teams.
- Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, design standards, and project timelines.
- Solve planning challenges and provide practical, design-oriented solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of planning deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in architectural planning.
- Proven experience leading a team of architects.
- Strong expertise in architectural and interior planning.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution details.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
