We are looking for a senior delivery leader to head our India-based Intelligent Domain Operations (IDO) organization. This individual will be responsible for leading large-scale global delivery operations, ensuring operational excellence, driving AI-enabled transformation, and delivering strong financial and customer outcomes across multiple enterprise clients.
Location: On-site in Mysore,KA India
Night Shift (Pickup and drop facility available)
Salary Offering : 60-70 LPA + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple IDO client engagements.
- Own delivery performance, including SLAs, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
- Manage global teams in other locations including DR and Philippines.
- Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to modernize operations.
- Build strong executive relationships with clients and lead governance and business reviews.
- Develop and mentor delivery leadership teams while driving employee engagement and talent development.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Transformation teams to support growth, transitions, and new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Capability Centers (GCC)
- Proven experience leading large, multi-client global delivery organizations with P&L accountability and client growth (Revenue)
- Strong background in Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, or Customer Operations.
- Experience driving digital transformation, AI, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Excellent executive communication, client management, and leadership skills.
