Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Institutional Sales Head to lead our sales operations from Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence across Haryana, and building strong institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, upselling, and market expansion.
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new institutional clients and distribution channels.
- Account Management: Manage key accounts to ensure long-term relationships, retention, and repeat business.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and successful deal closures.
- Analytics & Coordination: Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams for business optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Sales ( into agrochemical industry ), preferably in institutional sales.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and business expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work strategically and drive execution in a competitive market.
- Willingness to operate in Haryana region, based out of Gurugram.
