Job Description: Head of Institute Operations
Organization: NextGen Learning and Consulting
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid/On-site)
Reporting to: CEO / Managing Director
Role Summary
NextGen Learning and Consulting is seeking a visionary and high-energy Head of Institute Operations to lead our flagship center in Hyderabad. This is a dual-impact role: you will be responsible for the seamless execution of our "NextGen" educational programs and the operational backbone of our corporate consulting wing.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between academic excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring that every learner and corporate client experiences world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Strategy
* Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks for both the Learning (B2C) and Consulting (B2B) business units.
* Optimize the "Student Lifecycle," from seamless onboarding and digital resource access to certification and alumni engagement.
* Standardize consulting project workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-impact client solutions.
2. Tech-Enabled Management
* Own the deployment and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
* Utilize data analytics to track "Batch Health" (attendance, assessment scores, and engagement levels) and Consultant utilization rates.
* Implement automation in administrative tasks to reduce overhead and improve response times.
3. Financial & Resource Oversight
* Manage the Hyderabad center’s P&L, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while hitting revenue targets.
* Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of the operations, administration, and support staff.
* Oversee vendor relationships, including high-profile guest faculty, tech providers, and local facility partners.
4. Stakeholder & Growth Liaison
* Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for new product launches or high-volume enrollments.
* Act as the primary point of escalation for high-value corporate clients and academic partners in the Hyderabad region.
* Ensure 100% compliance with local educational regulations and labor laws in Telangana.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within EdTech, Higher Education, or Management Consulting.
* Education: MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 business school.
* Competencies: * Agile Mindset: Ability to pivot operations based on emerging tech trends.
* Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
* Communication: Exceptional command of English; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a significant plus for local vendor/liaison management.
* Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
