🚀 Hiring: Head of Institute Operations | Hyderabad (Hybrid/On-site)
NextGen Learning & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic leader to head operations at our flagship Hyderabad center. This role blends EdTech (B2C) and Corporate Consulting (B2B)—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.

🔑 What You’ll Do:
• Drive operational excellence across training programs & consulting projects
• Manage LMS/ERP systems and leverage data for performance improvement
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, team leadership, and vendor partnerships
• Collaborate with sales and act as a key client escalation point
👤 Who You Are:
• 10–15 years of experience (5+ years in leadership roles)
• Background in EdTech, Education, or Consulting
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• MBA (preferred)
