NextGen Learning and Consulting is looking for a dynamic leader to head operations at our flagship Hyderabad center. This role blends EdTech (B2C) and Corporate Consulting (B2B)—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
Drive operational excellence across learning programs & consulting projects
Manage LMS/ERP systems and use data to improve performance
Oversee P&L, team leadership, and vendor partnerships
Collaborate with sales & act as key client escalation point
👤 Who You Are:
10–15 years experience (5+ in leadership) in EdTech, Education, or Consulting
MBA (Tier-1/Tier-2 preferred)
Strong analytical, agile, and communication skills
