Requirements
- 5 years of experience in insights, strategy, research, consulting, account planning, or a related field
- Strong background in consumer insights, brand strategy, market research, or cultural intelligence
- Experience managing senior client relationships and growing accounts
- Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous briefs and turn them into structured, high-quality outputs
- Experience building or improving research methodologies and frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with key client stakeholders across brands, agencies, and insight teams
- Act as a senior thought partner to clients, helping shape briefs into sharper business questions
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships into larger and longer-term mandates
- Build strong trust with clients through high-quality thinking, proactive problem solving, and clear point of view
- Ensure Consuma is seen not just as a vendor, but as a strategic research and intelligence partner
