IILM University is expanding rapidly across three campuses — Gurugram, Greater Noida, and Lodhi Road, New Delhi. We are looking for a seasoned infrastructure leader to head our internal Projects & Construction team.
Role: Head — Infrastructure & Projects
Location: Gurugram (primary), with travel to Greater Noida and Delhi
Reports to: Joint CEO
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end construction supervision across all IILM campuses
- Own quality, timeline, and cost oversight for all active projects
- Independently verify contractor claims and certify payments
- Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and MEP coordinator
- Interface with architects, PMCs, and regulatory bodies
- Report directly to senior leadership with clear, timely project intelligence
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering; M.Tech or MBA (Infrastructure/Construction) preferred
- 15+ years in large institutional, commercial, or campus projects
- Strong command of BOQ, RA billing, variation orders, and contract management
- Working knowledge of CPWD/IS codes and Indian construction regulations
- Prior experience in education, hospitality, or large mixed-use developments — a plus
- Decisive, field-present, and comfortable working in a founder-led organisation
