Role Description
As the Head of Information Technology, you will oversee and manage IT operations, develop and implement IT strategies, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's technology infrastructure. You will lead the IT team, drive strategic initiatives, analyze current systems, and conduct technology upgrades to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Information Technology, including technical proficiency and familiarity with emerging trends
- Proven leadership and team management skills in IT Management and IT Operations
- Ability to develop and execute IT Strategy to align with organizational goals
- In-depth experience in managing and optimizing IT Infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are an added advantage
