About the Role
We are looking for someone who sees influencer marketing as a core growth engine, not a support function. This role will own how the brand shows up through creators across markets. From building scalable UGC pipelines to cracking high-performing narratives, this person will sit at the intersection of content, performance, and brand. A strong part of this role is building systems using AI. This includes scaling UGC production, improving turnaround time, and creating efficient creator ecosystems that can operate at volume without compromising quality. You will lead a team, define the playbook, and drive both cultural relevance and business outcomes through creators.
What You’ll Own
1. Influencer and Creator Strategy
- Define the overall influencer marketing strategy across India and international markets
- Identify the right mix of creators across performance, brand, authority, and community buckets
- Build a structured approach to long-term creator partnerships instead of one-off campaigns
2. UGC as a Growth Engine
- Build and scale a high-volume, high-quality UGC pipeline
- Create repeatable content formats that can be tested and scaled across paid channels
- Work closely with performance marketing to identify winning creatives and replicate them
3. AI-led Content Scale and Systems
- Use AI tools to produce and iterate bulk UGC ads at scale
- Build workflows that reduce dependency on manual creator output
- Experiment with AI-led avatars, scripting, editing, and content generation to improve efficiency and output quality
- Create a scalable content engine where AI and human creators work together
4. Content and Narrative Control
- Own scripting frameworks, messaging guardrails, and narrative consistency
- Ensure content is platform-native across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Move beyond briefing creators to actively shaping what works
5. Campaign Execution and Scale
- Lead end-to-end execution from sourcing and onboarding to publishing
- Build systems to manage large volumes of creators efficiently
- Drive always-on influencer pipelines, not just campaign bursts
6. Team Leadership
- Build and manage a team of influencer marketing executives
- Define workflows, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
- Mentor the team on creative thinking and execution
7. Performance and ROI Ownership
- Track and optimise metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPV, CTR, and conversion rates
- Work closely with performance and analytics teams to connect content with revenue
- Bring a strong testing mindset across hooks, formats, creators, and narratives
8. Market and Trend Intelligence
- Stay updated on creator trends, platform shifts, and emerging formats
- Build a strong point of view on what works in the category
- Continuously evolve the influencer playbook based on data and insights
What We’re Looking For
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or content-led growth roles
- Experience managing and scaling influencer programs on the brand or agency side
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through creators
- Ability to balance creative instinct with performance thinking
- Experience leading teams and managing high-volume execution
- Strong exposure to AI tools for content creation, editing, or scaling workflows
- Comfort with building systems, not just campaigns
