Job Title: Head of Influencer Marketing

About the Role
We’re a fast-paced influencer marketing agency, and we’re looking for someone who’s already done the reps. You’ve managed campaigns end-to-end, you know how to handle a demanding client and a last-minute creator drop-out on the same day, and you’re ready to step into a role where your thinking shapes strategy, not just execution.
This isn’t a coordinator role. You’ll lead campaigns, contribute to client pitches, and help grow the people around you.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across brand briefs, timelines, creator selection, approvals, go-live, and post-campaign reporting
• Own creator relationships at a senior level, negotiating deliverables, rates, and exclusivity terms
• Contribute to client strategy and pitch decks, bringing creator-led ideas to the table backed by data and platform knowledge
• Build and maintain a high-quality creator database segmented by niche, platform, engagement benchmarks, and audience fit
• Guide and mentor junior team members or interns, reviewing their work and keeping campaigns on track
• Analyse campaign performance across platforms and translate numbers into actionable insights for clients
• Stay ahead of creator trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging formats across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 1 year on the agency side, this is non-negotiable
• Proven track record of managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously
• Strong client-facing communication, you can hold a strategy call, write a sharp brief, and present campaign results with clarity
• A strategic eye for creator fit, you evaluate beyond follower count and know what authentic alignment actually looks like
• Someone who takes ownership, flags problems early, and doesn’t wait to be micromanaged
