Role: Head of Demand Generation (Inbound Marketing)
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) | Team: B2B Growth-SaaS
About the Role
We are looking for a pipeline-obsessed, revenue-first Head of Demand Generation who can build and scale our inbound engine from the ground up. This is a mission-critical role responsible for driving high-quality SQLs, not vanity metrics.

What You’ll Own
1. Inbound Pipeline (Primary KPI)
Own and deliver qualified SQLs and pipeline generation targets
Build scalable inbound channels that convert to revenue
2. SEO (High-Intent, Revenue-Focused)
Drive bottom-of-funnel SEO strategy (comparison pages, solution pages, intent-driven content)
Optimize for conversion, not traffic volume
3. Paid LinkedIn (Precision > Volume)
Execute high-converting retargeting campaigns
Continuously optimize CAC and pipeline contribution (not just CPL)
4. Webinars & Demand Programs
Launch and scale webinars, virtual events, and GTM campaigns
Partner with sales for pipeline acceleration initiatives
5. CRM, Attribution & Funnel Visibility
Own end-to-end funnel tracking via HubSpot / Salesforce
Build robust attribution models and reporting dashboards
Ensure complete visibility from first touch → closed revenue
6. Sales Alignment (Non-Negotiable)
Work closely with SDRs & AEs to improve conversion rates
Create tight feedback loops to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns

Consistent growth in inbound SQLs and pipeline contribution
Clear attribution across all inbound channels
Strong alignment with sales, improving lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-close rates
Measurable reduction in CAC and improved funnel efficiency
Who You Are
Ex-B2B SaaS demand gen leader (mandatory)
Proven track record of building inbound from near-zero to meaningful pipeline
Deep understanding of funnel metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity
Strong hands-on experience with SEO, paid LinkedIn, and CRM tools
Data-driven with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration
Thinks like a revenue owner, not a marketer

Experience in AI / creator economy / consumer-tech platforms
Built demand gen in a 0→1 or early-stage startup environment
Strong storytelling and positioning instincts
