- Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for

- 2) Senior Executive – HR & Administration.

Position Title: Head – Human Resources & Administration
Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO / Executive Director
Location: Corporate Office – Bangalore
Role Purpose
To lead and build a structured Human Resources & Administration function across all business units by implementing scalable HR systems, compliance frameworks, talent management practices, employee engagement initiatives, industrial relations, and centralized administrative controls suitable for a multi-location manufacturing organization.
The role will act as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring disciplined execution across plant and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Organization Development
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Build HR structure across all units and departments.
- Standardize HR policies, grading structures, reporting hierarchy, and SOPs.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development.
- Introduce KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment for corporate, plant, sales, and support functions.
- Prepare manpower budgets and workforce planning aligned with expansion.
- Build recruitment channels for plant workers, supervisors, technical staff, and leadership roles.
- Drive retention strategy and employer branding initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements across all units.
- Oversee payroll governance, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Conduct HR and compliance audits across locations.
- Lead implementation of HRMS/ERP systems for employee management.
4. Learning & Development
- Design employee training and development plans.
- Conduct leadership and supervisory development programs.
- Improve productivity through workforce capability enhancement.
5. Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, travel, and facility management.
- Monitor vendor contracts related to admin services.
- Standardize administrative processes across plants and corporate office.
6. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations across all locations.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and policy implementation.
- Coordinate with plant leadership on workforce discipline and engagement.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Additional qualification in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations preferred.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / IMFL / Beverage / Food Processing.
- Experience managing multi-location operations preferred.

Position Title: Executive – HR & Administration
Reporting To: Head – HR & Administration / Plant Head
Location: Plant / Corporate Office
Role Purpose
To support day-to-day HR operations and administration activities including recruitment coordination, attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance documentation, employee records, and general office administration.
The role will ensure smooth execution of HR and administrative processes at unit level.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, joining documentation, and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift data.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll team.
- Maintain employee database and MIS reports.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and hiring process.
- Handle joining formalities and induction of new employees.
- Support manpower hiring for workers, staff, and supervisors.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and local hiring sources.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain labour compliance records and statutory registers.
- Support PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, contract labour documentation.
- Assist during inspections and compliance audits.
- Maintain contractor employee records and gate documentation.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Handle employee grievances at initial level and escalate when required.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee communication activities.
5. Administration
- Handle office administration, housekeeping, security coordination, and visitor management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and employee amenities.
- Coordinate travel bookings, vendor payments, and admin service providers.
- Support facility upkeep and day-to-day plant administration.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- Graduate / MBA in HR / BBA / MSW or equivalent.
Experience
- 2–5 years experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing / factory environment preferred.
