We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive people strategy and organizational growth for a fast-scaling technology environment. This high-ownership role will have direct impact on talent, culture, and performance.
Role Overview
As Head of HR, you will lead end-to-end HR strategy and operations, ensuring talent, culture, and performance are aligned with business objectives. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across a rapidly growing IT/SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR frameworks aligned to growth; partner with leadership on org design and change management.
- Talent Acquisition: Set hiring strategy for technical, product, and business roles; enhance employer brand and candidate pipeline.
- Performance Management: Design appraisal frameworks (KRA/KPI/OKR); run review cycles, 360° feedback, and calibration processes.
- Compensation & Rewards: Lead annual compensation reviews; manage variable pay, retention, and incentive programs.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps; implement leadership development and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement: Build and sustain a high-performance culture through targeted engagement and retention initiatives.
- HR Operations: Ensure statutory compliance; oversee payroll, HRMS, audits, onboarding, and exits.
- HR Analytics: Use HRMS dashboards and metrics (attrition, hiring efficiency, engagement) to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s in HR / Business Administration (preferred)
- 12–18+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in IT / SaaS / technology organizations preferred
- Exposure to multi-country HR operations is advantageous
Preferred Experience
- Proven track record in high-growth or transformation environments
- Hands-on HRMS / HR technology implementation experience
- Expertise in leadership hiring and succession planning
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics
- Experience driving culture transformation and improving engagement
- Comfortable partnering with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
