Job Summary:
Own the people function across the business. Build the structure, then run it.
Requirements
- Design and implement a simple HR operating model from scratch
- Full ownership of hiring, onboarding, performance management, retention, and exits
- Build core frameworks: performance, compensation, org design
- Work directly with senior leadership on decisions, then execute the work yourself
- Ensure compliance across US and European jurisdictions
- Stand up basic systems, reporting, and data discipline
Profile
- 10+ years experience including HR leadership roles
- International exposure (US and Europe preferred)
- Comfortable building from zero with limited existing structure
- Commercial, pragmatic, low ego
- Effective operating remotely with senior stakeholders
