Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Head of Human Resources, based in the Pune District. The role involves overseeing HR functions, including strategically managing HR policies, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading HR management initiatives. Additionally, the Head of Human Resources will guide talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and support organizational development to align with Iceberg’s mission and culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources, including HR Management and organizational development
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and cultivating a positive workplace culture
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is highly desirable
