Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources, based in Mumbai. The Head of Human Resources will lead the HR department, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include overseeing Tribe beings relations, handling recruitment and onboarding, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and proven experience in HR Management
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law compliance
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies
- Strong skills in People Relations and conflict resolution
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
- Prior experience in the apparel or retail industry is an advantage
- Should have knowledge on labour laws of Maharashtra & Gujarat
