Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading HR management strategies. This leader will work closely with company leadership to develop talent strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure organizational development goals are met.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law compliance
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Exceptional skills in Employee Relations to foster a healthy workplace culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven professional experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar or related industry
