This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources based in Ludhiana. The Head of Human Resources will lead HR strategy and operations, including employee relations, compliance with labor and employment laws, policy development, and HR management. This role involves overseeing recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. The Head of Human Resources will also work closely with leadership to ensure that HR practices are aligned with company goals and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and experience ensuring compliance
- Expertise in HR Policies design, implementation, and management
- Proven success in fostering positive Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in a leadership HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization
