Role Overview
We are looking for a senior HR leader to own and build our people function and culture end-to-end for a fast-scaling, listed renewable-energy company. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that turns people strategy into leadership depth, capability and an accountability-first culture aligned to our growth roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Build the leadership and scale hiring engine across EV, Solar, R&D, Supply Chain and Projects.
• Design the organisation structure and workforce plan for our growth roadmap.
• Install a goal-driven performance management system and an accountability-first culture.
• Define and embed company values; lift engagement and retention.
• Drive HR digitisation (HRMS) and people analytics.
• Own compensation, rewards and benchmarking within agreed cost frameworks.
• Ensure statutory compliance under the new Labour Codes across HO and plants, and manage IR proactively.
• Build a capable, self-sufficient HR team.
Key Requirements
• 15+ years in HR, ideally with manufacturing / multi-location exposure.
• A track record of building — not just running — HR functions in scaling companies.
• Strength in talent, culture, performance management and labour/IR.
• Ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
