Our manufacturing operations include precision-machined components and rubber manufacturing through our group and joint venture businesses.
As we expand our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for an experienced HR Head who can lead our people strategy, strengthen factory HR operations, and build a performance-driven workforce.

โช Lead end-to-end HR operations across manufacturing units.</p>
โช Drive recruitment and manpower planning for CNC/VMC operators, machinists, quality, production, maintenance, and management roles.</p>
โช Manage employee onboarding, attendance, shifts, leave, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes.</p>
โช Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, applicable labour laws, and factory regulations.</p>
โช Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and workforce engagement.</p>
โช Handle contract labour, manpower agencies, and contractor compliance.</p>
โช Develop HR policies, SOPs, organizational structures, and performance management systems.</p>
โช Implement KPIs, KRAs, employee appraisals, training, and skill development programs.</p>
โช Work closely with plant heads, production managers, and leadership to improve workforce productivity and retention.</p>
โช Lead HRMS/ERP adoption, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.</p>
๐ ๐ช๐ต๐ผ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ
โ Strong HR experience in engineering or component manufacturing.</p>
โ Experience handling factory-level HR operations and blue-collar and white-collar employees.</p>
โ Good knowledge of Maharashtra labour compliance and manufacturing HR practices.</p>
โ Experience recruiting technical manpower for machining, rubber, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing.</p>
โ Strong understanding of payroll, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and contractor management.</p>
โ Ability to independently establish HR processes and work closely with company leadership.</p>
โ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.</p>
