Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohpa for the Head of Human Resources. As the Head of HR, you will lead the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals. You will oversee HR management, policy creation, and compliance with labor and employment laws while ensuring a supportive and productive environment for employees. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong employee relations, designing programs for professional growth, and managing organizational change and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Strong skills in handling Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing and implementing employee development programs
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and change management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar or larger organization
