Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth, productivity, employee engagement, and talent retention.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and build organizational capability through effective workforce planning and people management practices.
- Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, HR manuals, systems, and governance frameworks to ensure standardized and compliant HR practices.
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, manpower planning, onboarding, succession planning, workforce optimization, and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits, payroll administration, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR budgeting for manpower costs, training, engagement, CSR, and culture initiatives.
- Drive the Performance Management System, including goal setting, KRAs, performance reviews, performance feedback, capability development, succession planning, leadership development, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Identify organizational capability gaps and implement learning & development initiatives to enhance employee skills, leadership capability, and future talent readiness.
- Lead Employee Relations and Industrial Relations by effectively managing grievances, disciplinary matters, employee communication, conflict resolution, contract labour, and maintaining harmonious workplace relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour Laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and quality standards, including IATF, VDA, ISO, customer audits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead Administration functions, including Security, Housekeeping, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Transport, and other support services to ensure smooth business operations.
- Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture by supporting workplace safety initiatives, employee well-being, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, CSR, culture transformation, and Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging (DIEB) initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
- Lead HR support during joint ventures, business integrations, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
- Develop HR dashboards, metrics, and analytical MIS reports to provide actionable insights for workforce planning, productivity, attrition, hiring, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage employee separation processes, conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies to improve employee experience.
- Represent the organization at external HR forums, employer branding initiatives, industry events, and networking platforms to strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Facilitate leadership reviews, employee forums, and management meetings to address business priorities, workforce concerns, and organizational effectiveness.
- Benchmark HR practices against industry trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and develop the HR team by establishing KRAs, providing regular coaching, performance feedback, capability development, and succession planning.
- Foster an ethical, disciplined, inclusive, and high-performance work environment while ensuring zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
