The Role
As the Head of HR, you will be the cultural and strategic backbone of the agency—someone who deeply understands how advertising agencies function, the kind of talent that thrives here, and how to attract and retain the best in the business.
You will work closely with leadership to shape people strategy, build strong teams across functions, and create an environment where creativity and performance go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR strategy aligned with business growth
- Build and scale high-performing teams across Creative, Strategy, Media, Client Servicing & Digital
- Drive talent acquisition with a strong network within the advertising/media industry
- Develop and implement performance management, appraisal, and reward frameworks
- Strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership on org structure, team planning, and succession strategy
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and compliance are in place and evolving
- Lead employer branding to position the agency as a top talent destination
- Handle complex people challenges with a balanced, solution-driven approach
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to advertising/media agencies
- Strong understanding of agency structures, roles, and talent dynamics
- Proven track record in hiring and scaling creative and digital teams
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance culture with performance and business needs
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch
