Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the Head of Human Resources located in Kolhapur. The Head of Human Resources will lead and oversee the HR department, managing all HR operations such as employee relations, policy development, compliance with labor laws, and strategic workforce planning. The role includes ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals, overseeing recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and managing employee performance and development programs across all 3 units.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including strategic planning and organizational development in manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance with regulations and best practices
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures
- Exceptional skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
