Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven HR Head to lead and manage the end-to-end HR
function. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist with extensive experience in IT
organizations, capable of driving performance, enforcing discipline, and ensuring operational
excellence across all HR domains. This role requires a hands-on leader who is a firm taskmaster and
can align HR strategies with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, employee engagement, and exit management.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR policies and initiatives with
organizational goals.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning for IT roles.
• Establish, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines, deliverables, and accountability across teams.
• Manage performance management systems, goal setting, appraisals, and corrective action
plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict
resolution with firmness and fairness.
• Oversee compensation planning, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory
compliance.
• Build a high-performance culture through structured processes, clear KPIs, and strong
governance.
• Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements
• Around 15 years of overall HR experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong IT industry background (mandatory).
• Proven experience in leading HR functions at a senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong taskmaster with high ownership and execution
discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
