We’re Hiring: Head of Human Resources (HR)
📍 Location: Noida (On-site)
⏰ Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and manage the complete HR function at Pear Media LLC. This role will play a key part in building strong people processes, scaling teams, and shaping company culture in a fast-growing performance marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all verticals (Sales, Media Buying, Tech, Finance, Operations).
- Build and streamline HR policies, SOPs, and compliance structures.
- Handle employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance management, exits.
- Create strong company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, leaves, and incentives.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and employees.
- Set up proper HR metrics and reporting (attrition, hiring TAT, performance KPIs).
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in HR leadership role.
- Experience in startups / digital marketing / agency environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
- Comfortable with evening shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
