Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Noida. The Head of Human Resources will lead and oversee all HR functions, including defining and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Responsibilities include managing recruitment and talent acquisition, developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive employee culture, handling employee relations, and supporting leadership with organizational development and succession planning.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the real estate industry
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong expertise in payroll management, compensation structuring, and statutory compliance
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in handling administrative functions and office operations
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in setting up and improving HR processes and systems
