Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and manage the firm’s HR function, focusing on building strong systems, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment- including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across roles
• Manage and streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees, handling queries, concerns, and day-to-day HR matters
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment through active employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and conflict management
• Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Assist in performance management processes, including reviews and feedback coordination
• Support learning & development initiatives and employee growth programs
• Coordinate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring needs
