🚨 We're Hiring | Head – Human Resources (HR)
📍 Location: Hadapsar / Manjari, Pune
Are you a seasoned HR leader with a proven track record of partnering with promoters and driving people strategy across diversified businesses?
A rapidly growing US$100 million integrated organization with 700+ employees is looking for a Head – Human Resources to join its Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Promoters and CEO to shape the organization's people agenda and build a high-performance culture that supports sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the Human Resources function and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
✅ Partner with the Promoters, CEO, and senior leadership team on organizational design, culture transformation, succession planning, and strategic people initiatives.
✅ Drive Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Retention across multiple businesses.
✅ Provide strategic HR leadership across a diversified business portfolio while ensuring consistency in people practices and governance.
✅ Build strong Industrial Relations and Employee Relations frameworks, ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, statutory requirements, and effective conflict resolution.
✅ Design and oversee executive compensation, rewards, recognition, and retention programs.
✅ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team that enables organizational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
✔ 25+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience as the Head of HR or in a senior HR leadership role.
✔ Demonstrated success working closely with promoter-led organizations, influencing business decisions and partnering with founders and senior leadership.
✔ Experience managing the HR function across diversified business groups with multiple business verticals.
✔ Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy.
✔ Proven experience in Manufacturing/Industrial organizations; exposure to Engineering and/or Real Estate businesses will be an added advantage.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
✔ MBA/PGDM in HR, Master's in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline preferred.
