Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources position. The role is located in Saraswati Vihar, Delhi. Responsibilities include overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive work culture. The Head of HR will also lead HR strategy, ensure effective talent acquisition, and support organizational growth by aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and HR strategic leadership
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and ability to ensure compliance
- Experience in creating, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
- Experience in HR within the financial services industry is advantageous
Working days and Hours
MON- SAT & 10:00 AM -06:30 PM
