Role Description
The Head of Human Resources will oversee and manage all HR functions, including policy implementation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance with labor laws. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and requires collaborative engagement with various teams to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent. The role will drive HR strategies, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience in compliance
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies tailored to organizational needs
- Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Previous experience in leadership roles within HR departments is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Overall Exp of 15-20 yrs with last 8-10 yrs in a leadership role is required. Experience of working in Manufacturing industries, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Electronics Goods Manufacturing is highly preferred
- This role is exclusively open for someone based out of Hyderabad only
