We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – HR to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function, aligning people practices with organizational vision and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy, policies, and organizational development initiatives
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and culture building
- Establish learning & development and leadership growth frameworks
- Ensure HR operations, compliance, and reporting excellence
- Partner with leadership on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / Master’s in HR or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience with leadership exposure
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and people development
