Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for the role of Head of Human Resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy development, compliance, and performance management. You will drive organizational culture, develop strategic HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also involves managing HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and guiding leadership on best practices in human resource management.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
- Strong understanding of Compliance, Policy Development, and Labor Laws
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Change Management
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Proven ability to build diverse and inclusive workplace environments
- Experience with HR technology, tools, and systems
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Prior experience in leadership roles within HR, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven company
