Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Human Resources position, located in Kozhikode. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and manage employee relations strategies. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role will involve collaboration with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to ensure compliance
- Experience in crafting, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Proven skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and team engagement
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
