Design and govern a consistent, scalable performance management framework across regions.
Implement KPI frameworks, goal alignment, mid-cycle reviews, performance coaching, and calibration processes.

4. Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture
Lead global initiatives to strengthen employee experience, engagement, and inclusion across diverse teams.
Drive culture-building programs aligned with company values, innovation, accountability, and ethical conduct.
Implement recognition, feedback, and listening mechanisms to support engagement and retention.
Lead change management initiatives supporting digital transformation, growth, and organisational change.
5. HR Operations Governance & Global Compliance
(Regional HR teams manage day-to-day operations; this role provides strategic oversight and governance.)
Provide leadership and governance across recruitment, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and SOPs are globally consistent while locally compliant.
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to labour laws, data privacy, and FinTech regulatory standards.
Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections across jurisdictions.
6. People Analytics, Reporting & Risk Management
Build and leverage global people analytics dashboards covering attrition, productivity, workforce costs, engagement, and diversity.
Use data insights to drive informed decisions on workforce optimisation and talent strategy.
Strengthen HR risk management, controls, and reporting in line with regulatory and governance expectations.
