Established in 2000, Dr Bhasin’s Lab is North India’s only 24x7x365 pathology laboratory and an NABL accredited diagnostics institution (ISO 15189:2022), built on the values of Patient First, Empathy, Accuracy, Integrity, and Safe & Hygienic practices.
Over the last 25 years, we have earned trust through dependable healthcare services, operational discipline, and professional excellence. Today, with a team of nearly 200 professionals and ambitious plans for the future, we are looking to add a key leadership role to our organisation.
This is not a traditional HR position.
This role is best suited for someone who has learned systems in a structured organisation, but now wants ownership, visibility, and the challenge of building at scale.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build a high-performance, values-driven healthcare institution — someone excited by the idea of creating systems, attracting talent, shaping culture, building leaders, and growing alongside the organisation.
The role offers direct exposure to the promoters and leadership team, giving the person a close opportunity to learn, contribute, and help shape the next phase of a respected healthcare institution.
The role will involve:
• Building strong talent pipelines for leadership and critical positions
• Strengthening performance management and accountability systems
• Driving KPI/KRA frameworks across key teams
• Building engagement, learning, and leadership development initiatives
• Creating scalable people systems aligned with future growth
• Working closely with leadership on organisation building and long-term people strategy
Who we are looking for:
• 6–12 years of progressive HR / People leadership experience
• Strong capability in talent acquisition and organisation development
• Someone from a structured environment who now wants larger ownership and impact
• A builder mindset with empathy, maturity, and execution capability
• Healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, retail, or service-industry experience preferred
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who believes that organisations can scale without losing their culture, values, and human side.
