About the Company
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, and people development across multiple retail branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Establish strong employee engagement and retention programs.
- Oversee payroll, compliance, performance management, and training.
- Foster a positive, transparent, and motivating work culture.
- Partner with senior leadership to support growth and change management.
- Manage HR operations across multiple retail showrooms and branches.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in Retail / Jewellery / Luxury / FMCG sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and modern HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage HR across multi-location operations.
