Job Description – Head of Human Resources (HR)
1. Position Overview
The Head of HR will lead the Human Resources function of Fincfriends Private Limited by ensuring
strong governance, statutory compliance, people management, and culture-building across the
organization.
This role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, payroll, HR
operations, HRMS, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
2. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory
requirements.
● Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, labor laws, PF/ESI, Shops & Establishment Act,
POSH Act, and other statutory obligations.
● Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
● Drive Performance Management System (PMS) and complete appraisal cycles on time.
● Manage HR operations including HRMS, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and record
management.
● Oversee employee engagement, rewards & recognition, culture development, and grievance
handling.
● Build training and development roadmaps and internal capability-building programs.
● Maintain HR policy framework and ensure periodic updates.
● Collaborate with leadership and act as a strategic HR partner.
● Lead disciplinary actions, compliance audits, and internal investigations.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
● Expertise in HR operations, performance management, and Compliance
● Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
● Experience working with HRMS platform
4. Qualifications & Experience
● MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
● 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing
● Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR processes and statutory compliance.
