Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Head of Human Resources will lead all HR functions, including developing, implementing, and overseeing HR strategies and policies. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves providing strategic leadership to support organizational goals and employee growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to lead and oversee HR operations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure organizational compliance with legal requirements.
- Expertise in HR Policies and Employee Relations to develop, implement, and maintain effective workplace practices.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR processes in a mid-size or large organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the tech or industrial sector and familiarity with emerging workforce trends is a plus.
