Are you a strategic HR leader with proven experience partnering with business leaders in the IT industry and a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment? We're looking for a dynamic Head – HRBP to lead our people strategy and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on people and organizational priorities.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
