Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in aviation or service industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
