Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Head of Human Resources. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and developing and implementing HR policies. The Head of HR will provide strategic direction to support organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure that HR practices align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Skilled in managing Employee Relations and fostering a collaborative workplace environment
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
