3.Goal & Performance Alignment – Drive KRA setting, goal cascading, and performance management systems.
4.Culture & Policy Framework – Formulate and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks that reinforce organisational values and compliance.
5.HR Budgeting & Analytics – Prepare and monitor HR budgets; present actionable insights through monthly HR dashboards for senior leadership.
6.Governance & Compliance – Ensure statutory compliance and readiness for NABH, NABL, and internal HR audits.
7.Capability Development – Oversee Learning & Development strategy to strengthen leadership pipeline and functional skills.
8.Employee Experience & Engagement – Foster a high-engagement culture through structured initiatives.
9.Employee Relations & Risk Management – Act as custodian of employee relations, grievance resolution, and sensitive decision-making.
10.Talent Acquisition & Retention – Lead senior/critical hiring and provide oversight for recruitment effectiveness and retention strategies.
